- Contemporary and mid-century modern furniture, including a luxurious oversized RH Cloud sofa, was carefully selected for maximum comfort and California style.
- The entire home is bathed in all-day natural light, while lush landscaping transforms it into a private oasis.

- The home has 4 floors and 3 flights of stairs (kitchen and living room are on the 2nd floor), so it may not suit guests or pets with limited mobility
- The guest bedrooms get very dark; the primary bedroom lets in morning light through the top windows (eye masks provided)
